Jack Gates, President
Mr. Gates has been in the insurance and financial services industry for over 17 years.  Prior to starting up P&C LifePlans, he spent over 15 years as an independent financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Life.  While offering individual and corporate insurance planning and investment management, he developed a base of over 400 sophisticated clients. His commitment to the insurance and financial services industry has been acknowledged with many industry achievement awards such as Million Dollar Round Table, National Quality Award, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald Awards as well as Bronze and Silver Awards. Mr. Gates successfully redeveloped a District Agency increasing production by more than 50% per year for four years.  As a result, the Agency received the Northwestern Mutual District Agency Growth Award for three consecutive years. He is a highly motivated, self-starter with experience in managing all aspects of business. Mr. Gates received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts and stays surrent with all pertinent continuiing education work required by insurance and investment industry standards.

Michelle M. McKeen, Vice President/Operations
Ms. McKeen is a business and marketing professional with 25 years experience in the financial services industry.  She brings years of knowledge from both the insurance and the investment industries.  Prior to joining P&C LifePlans, she worked at Wellington Management Company, a large, institutional investment firm for 18 years; the last 15 years she worked in the marketing department where she was a Vice President and a Marketing Manager.  Prior to her career at Wellington, Ms. McKeen worked as an Insurance Sales Associate at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company.  She is a skilled professional with experience working with diverse groups from divisions such as Business Development, Marketing, Client Service, Portfolio Management, Research and Administration.  Ms. McKeen graduated cum laude from Suffolk University with a BS in Business Administration and Finance.  She has her life and health insurance license as well as Series 6 and 63.
