Mr. Gates has been in the insurance and financial services industry for over 21 years.  Prior to starting up P&C LifePlans, he spent over 15 years as an independent financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Life.  While offering individual and corporate insurance planning and investment management, he developed a base of over 400 sophisticated clients. His commitment to the insurance and financial services industry has been acknowledged with many industry achievement awards such as Million Dollar Round Table, National Quality Award, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald Awards as well as Bronze and Silver Awards. Mr. Gates successfully redeveloped a District Agency increasing production by more than 50% per year for four years.  As a result, the Agency received the Northwestern Mutual District Agency Growth Award for three consecutive years. He is a highly motivated, self-starter with experience in managing all aspects of business. Mr. Gates received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts and stays surrent with all pertinent continuing education work required by insurance and investment industry standards.
