Ross Garofalo, CFO and Treasurer - Mr. Garofalo is a CPA and a seasoned financial entrepreneur providing consulting services in the areas of interim CFO, financial modeling, management reporting systems and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions ranging from $1M to $100M in value. Mr. Garofalo has conducted due diligence, built sophisticated valuation models and negotiated acquisition agreements. He has developed management reporting systems and assisted in transitioning the accounting functions of acquired companies. Mr. Garofalo has served as interim CFO for several start-up companies in various industries including medical devices, software and environmental. He received his MBA from the University of California Berkeley and his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Patricia Garofalo, Administrative Assistant - Ms. Garofalo spent 12 years in the venture capital industry as an office manager at two prestigious firms, Horsley Bridge Partners and Hambrecht & Quist Venture Partners. While enjoying significant growth within these firms, she partnered with managing directors to attain corporate goals. Her expertise in the area of human resources, office management and administration allows her to mentor team commitment, guide staff and strengthen relationships between administrative and management teams. She continues her involvement in the venture industry through various consulting assignments. Her prior experience included administrative positions at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company and Rizzo, Simon, Cohn Advertising Agency. Ms. Garofalo graduated from Lasell College in Newton, MA.

Lori Lousararian, Esq., - Ms. Lousararian spent four years with Hale and Dorr, LLP and previously was a partner with Edwards & Angell, LLP. She has represented privately-held and public companies for more than 15 years. Her extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as business formations, makes her a valuable asset. Ms. Lousararian is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and received her undergraduate degree from Brown University. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
